🗑️ Delete Account & Data Request

Welcome to Dora Games Studio!
We respect your privacy and provide a clear way to request deletion of any data stored for gameplay purposes.
1. Do You Need an Account to Play?
Our games do not require you to create an account.
We only use Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which does **not collect**:
- ❌ Name
- ❌ Phone Number
- ❌ Address
- ❌ Password
An internal anonymous ID is only used to save game progress such as:
- ✔ Levels completed
- ✔ Coins & boosters
- ✔ Rewards collected
- ✔ Game preferences
2. What Data Can Be Deleted?
Only the following in-game data can be deleted upon request:
- 🎮 Gameplay progress
- 💰 Coins, boosters, rewards
- ⚙ Local or cloud preferences
We cannot delete data collected by third-party services like:
- Google AdMob (Ads)
- AppsFlyer (Install analytics)
You may visit their privacy pages for separate deletion requests if needed.
3. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your gameplay data, please send an email to:
Your email must include:
- ✔ Subject: Delete My Game Data
- ✔ The name of the game you are playing
- ✔ Your in-game anonymous ID (if visible inside settings)
We will delete your game data within **7–14 days** and notify you once completed.
4. What Happens After Deletion?
Once your game data is deleted:
- ⚠ Your progress will be permanently removed
- ⚠ Coins, boosters, and items cannot be restored
- ⚠ You will start fresh if you reinstall or open the game again
